The online video calling service allows contact with the Catalan Ombudsman to file a complaint or make a query from anywhere in the world. The only technical requirement is to have Skype installed in your computer (with webcam) or in any other suitable device.
Our video calling services will be provided, preferably, by prior appointment, which will need to be requested by filling the following form.
Remember that the office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and from 8.30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Friday.
From the Catalan Ombudsman office we are sending you an email in 12 hours’ time maximum, from Monday to Friday, to confirm your connection date and the how it will work
Once you are connected, so will be an advisor of the Catalan Ombudsman who will be able to help you with your complaint or query.
