The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe visits the Síndic
The Síndic, Rafael Ribó, and the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Álvaro Gil Robles, met today at the institution’s headquarters in Barcelona in order to treat of common interest issues related with the people’s rights.
