Access models to public information, transparency, participation and privacy are the main issues to be discussed during the conference "Access to public information: moving forward to transparency" that will be held at Catalan Ombudsman's head office on 13 and 14 May, 2010.
The opening speech will be delivered by the Catalan Ombudsman, Rafael Ribó. Besides, there will be a number of round tables chaired by experts such as the Head of Policy Delivery of UK Information Commissioner's Office, Mr. Steve Wood, the Assistant Director of Studies and Legal Proposals of the Ministry of Presidency of the Spanish Government, Mr. Emilio Guichot and the Director of the Catalan Agency for Data Protection, Mrs. Esther Mitjans, among others.
