Submitting a written complaint
If you submit your complaint in writing, it must be signed. We recommend that you write in a simple, direct and concise manner. Confidentiality is always guaranteed. Please include the following information:
If you are acting on behalf of another person or organisation, you must also provide your details, as well as proof of authorisation (if necessary, this information may be submitted later).
When will I receive a response?
You will first receive a message confirming that your complaint has been received. The time needed to resolve the case will depend on several factors.
