Occupational
instability of personnel in workshop and trade schools, and
employment workshops |
|
Personnel
working as teaching staff in workshop schools and other vocational
training services usually have contracts for work and services
subject to the established programs that depend on the phases of the
occupational training project. These phases, divided into six-month
blocks, can not surpass two years or be shorter than one year. When
the two-year period is over, if they wish to continue working, they
must be registered with the unemployment office. The Catalan
Ombudsman has notified the Catalan Ministry of Labour and Parliament
so they can study the possibility of modifying the employment
relationship of personnel devoted to occupational training, which
employees would like to be more stable, under an intermittent
routines contract.
